Just wait until the Congressional UFO Caucus learns about US Navy's "Undersea Area 51"
Some of our elected leaders are unable to discriminate between reality and science fiction. Let's see how they deal with this.
If you follow this newsletter, you’ve heard me talk before (heard me talk, or read me write?) about Congressman Tim Burchett, who has imbibed all the Kool-Aid there is on the subject of aliens already being here on Earth. A few of these Navy UFO videos can be wrongly interpreted as depicting a few distant pixels go into, or rising up out of, the ocean. On the strength of this alone, many in the UFO community now believe in so-called “trans-medium craft” — alien spaceships that can maneuver with incredible agility both in the air and underwater. Recently, Burchett said:
What if, these are entities that are here on this earth, that have been on this earth for who knows how long… and they’re in these deep water areas. Like we say, we know more about the face of the Moon than we know what’s going on [in the ocean]. We have a higher propensity of sightings around these five or six — I believe — deep water areas… We have these sightings, these underwater craft they’re chasing that go hundreds of miles an hour, and the best we got is something that does maybe a little under forty miles an hour.
Well we all know about Area 51, where the USAF tests classified aircraft, but where UFOlogists believe we keep our captured alien saucers. I’m certain that’s what Burchett thinks of it too. He hasn’t spoken much about Area 51, outside of crediting his friend the UFOlogist George Knapp with “breaking the story of Area 51’s existence” back in the 1990s. Area 51 has never been secret and has always been public knowledge; this is how disconnected from reality is the UFO end of Burchett’s intellect.
Now that he seems more interested in underwater aliens, I wonder if he’ll take an interest in our so-called Underwater Area 51? Here’s where and what it is, and what they actually do.
