Yes, The Orfordness Lighthouse was visible from Rendlesham Forest
It's one of the most common objections I hear from UFOlogists who reject the local constables' identification of the flashing light seen by the US Airmen in 1980.

Of the famous UFO cases discussed in my 2023 film The UFO Movie, the one that has generated the most feedback was Rendlesham Forest — in which some airmen at a USAF base in England saw a flashing light through the trees and thought it was a UFO. The local constables identified it as the Orfordness Lighthouse. Most of the comments were of this form, and keep in mind that many of these commenters are immovably persuaded that the flashing light could only have been an alien spaceship:
Contrary to these commenters’ assumptions, I actually do research before I write (here is my complete episode on this incident); and the local constables probably know their own town better than YouTube commenters half a world away. It is true that the Orfordness Lighthouse (since dismantled) had a shade that blocked most of one side, but it did not block the view from the direction of where the airmen watched it. Some photos are below proving this (thanks to Tony Nelson and Ian Ridpath):
